This was our third trip to Washington DC specifically to pray for the future of our country. We met in the Mall area near the Washington monument, and heard many speakers call on the crowd for prayer and repentance.
Some of our previous trips to Washington DC were for prayer and for distributing bibles to each congressman’s office in the US Senate and House of Representatives. Bibles are hard to come by in Washington DC. Even the biggest bookstores do not carry bibles in-stock for sale, so we bought hundreds of bibles, and distributed them to most Senators and Congressmen.
